Skill Development Program
The Skills Development Program provides ski lessons for kids aged 4-12 years old. Bunnyrabbits are aged 4 and 5 years old. Jackrabbits are aged 6-9 years old. Track Attack are aged 10-12 years old.
Lessons (coaching sessions) are held every Sunday starting at 2 pm
Lessons start on January 7th, 2018 and continue until mid-March with the exception of January 28th (Omineca Open/Tech Northern Cup), February 18th (Biathlon BC Cup) and March 4th (Lakes Loppet and Family Marathon). The wrap-up gala will be held on Sunday, March 18th.

This is how the SDP kids celebrated World Snow Day in 2017!
Bunnyrabbits is directed at children during the “Active Start” of athlete development that is designed to help children develop a positive self-image, be fun, develop fundamental movement skills, develop an awareness of the natural environment and meet new friends!!
The Jackrabbit Program is directed at skiers in the “FUNdamentals” stage of athlete development. It is designed to help children develop confidence, be fun, socialize with ski friends, build overall motor skills and develop winter safety skills.
Track Attack is directed at children in the “Learning to Train” stage of athlete development. It is designed to develop fitness through active play, games and other activities, be fun, provide an opportunity to be part of a team, develop competence in cross country ski skills and to experience a variety of adventure-based cross country ski activities.
**Early Registration Fees must be received on or before midnight Friday, December 1st, 2017**
